Anthony Kelley is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. He is certified through the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association and the American Fitness Professionals and Associates. For over 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant Anthony has been committed to helping his clients reach their goals through the most scientifically proven and sensible methods known. Beginning his nine years in 1983 at what was then Jack La Lanne, he received his first certification as a fitness instructor. His duties as a Fitness Instructor included fitness evaluations, body fat assessments, program design and group circuit training.
